Turns itself off when it feels like it, touch screen sends text to anyone in your phone book at will when on the phone, will answer other calls when your on the phone and new caller can here both sides of conversation, freezes when performing anything other than the most basic function. I'm on my third one in as many months and don't hold out much hope for this one. Sony need to recall this phone!
