Good Points

The only good points were the team that installed our bathroom ,and they weren't even employed by Dolphin but were subcontracted by them...


Bad Points

There are too many to list here but the biggest failing of this company is ability to deliver a finished job on time. This Company should have TV's Watchdog investigate them for failing to deliver a good service. They are a disgrace.


General Comments

The most disappointing company we have used and won't be using them ever again. Initially materials arrived 3 weeks after we ordered bathroom but then the trouble started, getting the installation organised was a nightmare,it took 6 weeks and a letter threatening to cancel the job to get their attention to organise a installation team . Then the fitters discovered the Dolphin surveyor had made some mistakes which meant we had to order different parts thereby further delaying the job. Then of course trying to get hold of a person in customer services who knew what was going on was impossible. There is a serious lack of taking responsibility at this company and everyone wants to pass the buck when it goes wrong, which if you read other reviews seems to be the case on an all too regular basis. Customer service at this company is non-existent.
