Good Sales!!!!!!
Good, sturdy quality shelving and draws.
Charge alot for additional items.
Poor Customer service.
Have gone into administration half way through fitting our kitchen and we have received no advice, half a kitchen fitted and no alternatives- thank good we paid through finance!
Bad ordering on products.
Don't deliver or fit the kitchens themselves- they subcontract it out.
Personally I wouldn't advise anybody to get an Infinity Kitchen.
I work as a Quantity Surveyor within the Construction Industry and if had been treated the same way as I have by Infinity Kitchens to date then I would have thrown them off site and not have paid them a penny.
We are now trying to get our kitchen completed by individual specialists and will be charging Infinity for these extra costs incurred as well as not paying them for the kitchen to date.
Don't go with Infinity unless you want a nightmare of hassle and stress. We've been advised that Infinity may well not be under new management for at least another month.
