San Remo is a cosy little restautant situated in the centre of Denton, The second you walk through the door you are greeted with open arms and the lush smell of Italian food. The owner / waiter (who is from Italy) is very friendly and a great character. The restaurant is decorated with photos and memorabilia from the owner's hometown in Italy.
The food is out of this world, choose from pasta, meat, fish or pizza, all are cooked to perfection. My personal favourite is the Garlic bread with cheese smothered in olive oil and herbs, followed by chicken with a tomato, chilli and brandy.
Booking early is essential as this is only a very small place with a limited number of tables. The food is quite expensive but well worth the money.
