I have not yet had my holiday with Thomson - my total dissatisfaction is with the booking process. I booked online two months ago, and the online confirmation did not appear as it was supposed to -and I have not yet had a confirmation invoice, despite three calls to the company and promises on each occasion that I would get it in five to seven working days. This is my first grievance. The second concerns another holiday I have booked with the company and have paid for in full. At the time of paying (over the telephone) I was told I would get a receipt by post - again in the usual five to seven working days !! And surprise surprise - it is now more than four weeks, and I have not received it, despite three assurances on the telephone that it would be sent.
I cannot believe the total ineptitude of of the Thomson organisation. It is nothing short of a scandal.
Will I ever get my receipt for over two thousand pounds ???
Will I ever get the confirmation invoice for the second holiday. If not, how do I know when to pay the bill ???
The whole situation is unbelievable and unforgivable !!!
