Good Points

None, the worst airline I have ever been with. Best bit was getting of the plane at London Gatwick

General Comments

I can not agree more with the review dated 3rd Apr 2008. I also went to Goa in 2005, had a great time there. MyTravel flew us over and we had a good flight. However coming back, we were told that the aircraft with MyTravel had not arrived and had problems back in the UK, therefore all passengers would be flying with a different airline, in this case it was this one. Well, firstly there was a near riot on board the aircraft as 65 + people booked for a upgraded seats with an extra 35 + whist in India and as the aircraft was older, it had not been converted for upgrades, therefore no-one received there upgraded seats costing £200 each! What happened to them I do not know.
The aircraft was very old and the staff took great pride in telling us so when ever there was a problem. The general attitude was "its not us, its the plane". The staff were not helpful at all, just wanted to get on with the flight with little regard for passengers. We did however have a change of crew in our stop over, this crew was better, however this did not change the mood of the flight. The trip took far longer than expected, around another 2/3 hours.
I would say that judging by the reviews already on, my experience was not alone. This airline might be good a very very short flights, however as for anything longer than 2 hours I would not recommend! I have never flown with them again and I never would do.
