Great customer service advisor's and absolutely fantastic attitude towards customer service. I purchased a suitcase approximately 4 years ago and one of the wheels came off, I called the call customer service just to see if the company offered repair services and to my amazement I was informed that I could take the product for an inspection to which a decision would be made whether the fault was manufacturing fault or airline damage. I was delighted because the inspection was arranged in less than 15 minutes and when I went instore I was offered a replacement suitcase. This is great service! after 4 years Tripp still held responsibility for their product and for this I am their customer for life!
