- customer service disgraceful
- "systems""processes" do not work with the customer but against the customer
I have been with HSBC for almost 2 years and have not had a single good experience. From them losing my card and pin for over 6 weeks, to their processes not allowing me to have print out of bank statement with a company letter head (this affected my visa application!), to HSBC not closing my account despite the fact that they called to confirm they had received my request of closure.
