Customer service in my experience.
General Comments
I have found the best way to get tech support from AIT is to switch to another hosting company because reliable tech support at AIT is unhelpful as far as I am concerned. All they do is try to clear out a ticket as quick as they can with no follow through as far as I am concerned to check if problem is resolved. I constantly takes 4, 5 and 6 call to get even simple problems resolved in my experience and opinion therefore I do not recommend aitcom.net.
