Since i have moved over i can not think of a single thing they have helped me with!


General Comments

Nationwide Building Society opened my account, let me deposit my savings and then sent me a card which i never received.....i know what your thinking, this is not there fault! HOWEVER i go in to the branch once, twice, three times and get told to wait as its in the post but whilst i'm sat there waiting some person is helping themselves to my money..... very bad customer services and unhelpful staff! AVOID

    The staff should have noticed the date - and put a stop on the account, this is a nranch issue - not nationwide as a whole - Sorry to hear you have experienced suuch issues with them - but I and my family (all whom bank with nationwide) have found their service to be efficient and are able to deal with queries in a better , mopre personal way in comparison to the high street banks. To resolve this issue further, I suggest you ring Nationwide head office.
