Nice keyboard layout, it's easy to find things
Not enough memory, overall amount of bundled "junk" software
This is my first proper new laptop and it's been brilliant mainly, only had a few problems with vista (all my others had XP) so and it takes a while to load everything to start with until you find where to shut the rubbish off, it could come with more memory but thats not too hard to sort, other then that it's been great, never had problems other people have talked about, yeah vista can lag but it gets there eventually and it's never crashed yet so it's a good little laptop, value wise it probably cant be beaten not for a lappie so if ya after something for internet use, or college, uni work don't look any further this thing will do ya great.
