They answered the phone
Bad Points
The girl I spoke to was no help at all with my problem so I asked to talk with her boss and was told her boss would not help me.
General Comments
I emailed them and the auto response said I would hear back with-in 48 hours. A week later I was e-mailed back they said they would not help me. E-mails back and forth and ended with me paying the HIGH fees and paid off the balance so I could not get anymore fees. When they received my payment they closed the account. That just added insult, they really don't care about the smaller accounts
