Good Points

Switchmedia, did inform me that my renewal was due, by email and phone, I said I wanted to port elsewhere.


Bad Points

Unfortunately I was too late to Port, they pursued me for payment, pointing out that I could be taken to court as far as I am aware. I tried to cancel but they said I had a contract, I signed nothing, what contract? I had to pay.


General Comments

Switchmedia offers a basic service at above basic prices in my experience and opinion. I do not recommend Switchmedia!
I have now sent a letter asking them to cancel membership. Despite being promised that they had canceled my hosting membership verbally, they still sent me an invoice as far a I am aware.
