Good Points

Worked really well for the first year, good suction ,easy to empty.


Bad Points

Floor carpet tool useless - bits keep breaking off or not working and the rewind mechanism for cord an absolute poor design - gets heated and fails to rewind properly - pulling it out is like playing tug-of-wars.


General Comments

Good start for the Dyson DC05 in the first year and now going down hill. I am now using the stair tool to hoover main living areas due to the floor tool not picking up anything and keeping the suction. I feel very let down by this model! Storage a problem also - it is too big.
