Good Points

The actual product is fine.

Bad Points

Problems with fitting, aftercare,measurements, missing parts and general bad customer service that spoilt it for me.

General Comments

I would not recommend KBBC Kitchens to anyone. Whilst the actual meat of the kitchen is of high quality, unfortunately, the difficulties I faced outweighed the pleasure. The units were put in wonky, the tiling was done with grout too dry to stick, parts were missing and had to be re-ordered and we had to chase constantly. Really poor.

    We have experienced exactly the same horror as you have. Please email me as we're looking to take the matter further. Can you give me some advise on how you got this resolved as we (4 months later) still have not a fully complete functional kitchen.
