Our fitters so far have been brilliant. Very professional, helpful and excellent at their job - so far!
Bad Points
MFI failed to send the complete order and half of what was sent was the wrong order. I have had to wait in for deliveries (between 7am and 6pm) for them not to arrive at all. I have a half completed kitchen.
General Comments
I am hoping I will eventually be happy with my kitchen but I will never use MFI again and certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone. We have been over a week without a fridge/freezer, sink and work surfaces apart from cupboards with no doors etc. Customer service is very poor. They blame other departments etc.
