The customer service is the worst I have experienced - I ordered a make-up product which they delivered to another address three times!!!! I was kept on hold every time I rang and only received a refund after 9 weeks of pestering them.
I would never use this company again - there is no comparison with their rivals QVC.
You cannot query your order without making a costly telephone call and the customer service staff struggle to take even the most basic of details.
