Staff are polite.
In my opinion I received no service at all since go live date as far as I am concerned. Very bad delivery of service in my opinion, non existing technical support and a real hassle to get things moving in my opinion and experience.
It feels like they want to provide a good service but haven't got the means to do it as far as I am concerned. They are now saying that BT may charge me £169 to repair the problem if Eclipse's equipment is faulty. In addition if I want to cancel my 12 month business contract I would still have to pay a set up fee of £69. This is not good in my opinion therefore I do not recommend Eclipse internet.
