They answered the phone
Tesco Insurance staff are very rude. When fighting our corner with regards to a car my wife was in they told the owner that her value of her written off car was reduced by a £1000 because in their opinion one door was a different shade. Garage report confirmed this not to be the case yet they refused that advice. They also told the owner that the offer put forward is not negotiable and the cheque will be in the post. When challenged as to why they do not fight the claim as her insurance company they where not willing to discuss the matter further.
Do not buy insurance from Tesco's. It maybe cheaper than most but that comes with very little assistance when having them fighting your corner.
