Good Points

Good build Quality. Loaded with extras. Fast for a Diesel, and economical. Acres of space in the boot of the hatch. Also spacious cabin.


Bad Points

Rain STILL pours into the boot when the hatch is opened..just like to old model! Sounds a bit like a tractor on start-up...but pulls like mad on the open road.


General Comments

After owning two of the petrol older style Skoda Octavia VRS's I decided to venture towards the new diesel VRS basically to save money. Now I have a car that is new, but is cheaper to insure than my older VRS, and also cheaper to run due to being a diesel. Also the road tax is only 145 instead of 210 (and rising!). The car looks great (Red) and drives very well. It has an incredible turn of speed for a diesel and pulls like hell on the open road. I am very pleased with my choice...yet again Skoda has won me over. Basically a lot of car for very little money.
