Firstly , the good. I Offer charges no fees to list an item. They only charge a predetermined fee once the item has sold which is great. You automatically get a free store.Also, you can use the Mr. Grabber feature to import your auctions, ads, listings from other sites.
Bad Points
Now the bad. Customer service was unhelpful in my opinion. I had nearly 20 buyers lined up but, I could not respond to their offers and was not able to contact them in anyway as far as I was aware. You can't have contact via email only through the I Offer system. I contacted customer service days ago about responding to my offers and I still haven't received a response as far as I am aware.
General Comments
Some great features such as mr. Grabber and the ability to negotiate with the buyer or seller is great. Also, knowing the fee ahead of time is nice. But, customer services in my experience has been unhelpful. Some great ideas but, poorly executed in my opinion. If you have patience it's a nice compliment to other online selling avenues. Good luck actually contacting someone from I offer if you have a problem or issue though. C- grade. Should work better.
