Bliss London has clearly not grasped the fact that when someone visits a spa it is about the whole experience and not just the treatment. While my massage was great, I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and then was told that I was late for the first part of my treatment. The woman in the locker room hovered over me about signing their disclaimer before giving me the worst robe ever. Nobody said anything to me afterward about rescheduling the first treatment and then the girl at the front desk was less then friendly about having no change to tip. Go to Elemis or anywhere else that that staff understand that you are paying them for the service not the other way around.
