None as far as I am concerned.
Unhelpful customer service I think. Indian call center, no security in my opinion.
Switched to be just over a year ago. Never ever again. Been messed about like nothing on earth in my opinion. The customer service department in India phoned me at 00.30 4 times to give me a password which I did not even ask for. They gave me someone else's account and email address. Have made numerous complaints regarding this poor service, was informed that they tried to call me regarding this complaint but received no phone calls, emails or letters even though I have caller ID. As soon as my contract is up its goodbye BT and hello O2.
