Can't think of any really
Very poor customer service
I hadn't received a bill in quite a while, and called them up to see what was going on. They advised me that someone called up to say that they were moving out of my flat, and that they cancelled my account. After a while of convincing them that i still lived in the property. I then received a bill through the post for over a grand. Needless to say i called them and they said that's how much i owed. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who told me that the bill should be £700 for a year, and tried to make me pay some money off the 'estimated' bill. I am glad i am moving out of my flat soon, so i won't have to deal with them again. The advisers manning the phones have no clue what they are talking about and i found them to be very unprofessional. They can have the money i owe, in installments.
