The livebox is attractive!
In my experience the bad points with Orange broadband are -
Technical support - expertise and flexibility
Customer service - expertise and attitude
Where do I start? More than 7 weeks after ordering the service I still don't have it. It's the second time this has happened to me with Orange - I just thought I was unlucky the first time. Dreadful service levels - failed to sort problem out at all and generally failed to get back to me as promised in my opinion and experience.. Extraordinarily frustrating India-based tech support. After a couple of weeks of failing to get connected I tried to cancel but was told I had to wait 30 days from first reporting the problem - which in itself was 3 weeks from ordering - otherwise I would have to pay up the contract. Do not recommend Orange Broadband.
