Good Points

All very clean. Very professional interior of planes. Most flights on time.


Bad Points

No vegetarian options. Poor customer relations. Complete apathy to your problems


General Comments

This has to be the worst national airline I have ever been on. I was travelling from Heathrow to Athens and back and I had a completely mediocre flight. It was Easyjet standard for British Airways money and to be honest I wished I had paid the extra £40 to travel with them. I think that because they monopolize the Greek market they stopped paying attention to what the customer wants. My advice; pay extra and travel BA or make your plans more flexible and fly Aegean.
