General Comments
When I received the email for my shipping telling me Business Post were in charge of delivering it, my heart sank. It is now a week after my next day date has passed. Turns out it had been damaged. We found this out ringing them, 4 days after the next-day date. Why didn't they contact us. So now it is in the local depo.
Now I have to wait until Monday to get the company to send another one out, whilst the existing damaged one will go somewhere. I am not happy. Especially with so called Next-Day that I paid for, this is a joke. I think something major needs to happen about all these courier services who fail epically at THEIR JOBS.
