Quality vehicles, ease of collection & return.
Reasonable prices.
Fuel charges almost impossible to return empty.
Excessive charges for booster seats
I have used Carjet 2 or 3 times a year for a number of years now and have always received a quality "newish" car.
If they extended their 3 day hire policy where you are refunded for the fuel that you don't use to cover all hire periods they would be almost perfect. This seems to the main gripe that people have so maybe they should start to listen to their customers. As the cost of 2 booster seats can add 70 euros to the cost of the hire I will be taking my own in the future as most airlines do not charge carriage for these.
