Having to queue to board. Dailly service charge added to on-board account as standard.

General Comments

Overall the Queen Mary 2 is an excellent ship and the best way to travel and holiday. Having cruised many times with other cruise lines and twice on QM2 we will be booking another cruise on QM2 for 2009. Excellent food, Entertainment Very Good, Accommodation first class service second to none.
