I brought a 700 £ Mountain bike from there a few months back and after a week or so of riding it, i realised that the crank was lose so i tighted it but because it was lose for so long it had bent so i toke it back to get a replacement crank on the free service that i was given with the bike. They toke up to 4 weeks to give it back i was very frustrated with this seeing i use my bike everyday and buses are not relaiable. Just recently the bike collapse because the bolt that connected the back suspension to the frame had fallin out and if you now the bike Carrea Banshee X then you will release that i can not ride it. I am awaiting for the time to take it back for them to fix it right i hope. My advice to anyone that buys a bike from halfords check everything is tightened before riding and keeps receipts on all service that you get done.
