None really, I had 1 query but got an email back same day. Didn't have any problems with the email like you did - perhaps you didn't wait long enough?
Got what I wanted but it didn't go 'above and beyond'. I'm happy with it though, Instructions were fairly easy to follow and I was up and running in a few minutes. Well recommend rawdownloads.com.
