Every department of that company was treating like unprofessional way,


General Comments

When i sent my bill to The Mobile Outlet in order to get my cash back they ignored me, i called them lot of time but every time same answer, we will give the cash back within a week, only one guy dealt the telephone query with different name. i spent lot of money to call them on 0870 one number. But now no answer, no money, and web site doesn't work.
But other companies also get involved ( orange, t-moblie, o2 etc) bcoz they gave them license and arrording to my knowledge they have license still. call to your net work plz and ask them as well.................................
