Good competitive price for the cars we hired in South Africa. When we arrive at Port Elizabeth airport to collect our car, the not very helpful chap at National/Alamo said the deposit we had paid had nothing to do with them and refused to take it off the price of the car hire - which was totally different to the price we'd been given by Custom Car Hire. Website hardly ever seems to work and they don't respond to e-mails (possibly because their IT system is so poor). Wouldn't use them again unless desperate!
