Good Points

This book challenges every excuse for not quitting without additional pressure on the smoker...you continue smoking until you're ready...I'll never see smoking the same way again..I know I'll never need to smoke again...

General Comments

First 48 hours were difficult...moody, anxious...felt like recovery from illness more than withdrawl...everyone keeps asking me what kind of nicotine replacement I'm using since I'm doing so well....Champix...the patch..gum..etc...It's a delight to say, " no, no...I am a non-smoker"....yeah!
