when at last a driver arrived, he had a sense of humour and the parcel - actually meeting the guy was the only positive element in the whole process
Very poor customer service, some verging on rude
Remote customer call centre - no contact with actual depot
Remote depot - too far to collect the parcel ourselves
Inept website - reference numbers didn't work - message system didn't work.
This has been a pain since they first tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong address twice, then denied it existed, then wanted us to collect it and then tried to send it back to the company we had bought it from.
I have written to the management but am advised that I am unlikely to receive a reply.
We regularly receive deliveries from other companies and are well aware of a working standard - City Link falls below it in my opinion.
