The tool is somewhat trust dependent because it does not offer password security for all changes. However, the communication stream associated with submitted items is secure.

The 20s Change Coordinator tool is a quality low cost alternative to assist with managing issues, action items, bugs, and/or change requests. It integrates easily and has a straight forward user interface. We created an individual file per product and was able to effectively manage the testing process for our remotely located team members.
