I ordered 2 roman blinds from curtains-on-line to go in the same room. Their website is full of pictures and diagrams of roman blinds, which all look the same - wtih a neat top fold and then cascading folds underneath (and with none of the rods showing when in the raised position). HOwever, one blind looked like this, the other blind (apparently because it was 10 cm longer) looked totally different and nothing like the product shown on-line - with an ugly rod visible and 2 inches of ruffled material above that. I honestly thought it was a manufacturing mistake, but when I contacted the company I was just met with a stone wall, with denying they had any responsibility to supply me with a blind that looked like the one of their site! To remake the blind would have cost them about £25 but they simply refused. Their website is full of testimonials about their excellent customer service, but frankly there wasn't anything excellent about it!!! They are deceiving people into believing their blinds look one way, when in fact they only do if they "happen" to be of a certain length. They could correct this misrepresentation if they had a statement warning people that different length blinds may look different from each other - but of course they won't do that as it would lose them business.
I am v disappointed by their arrogant attitude - especially when they boast of their quality of customer care.
