This handsets touch screen is great and the way it deactivates when on a call is superb, the menu is easy to use and haven't had any challenges with the handset so far regarding software upgrading.
The games are ridiculous on the handset and the way you have to pull up the keyboard all of the time is annoying. it might just be my own opinion but i cant get used to the idea of having to pull up the number board and the keyboard
The Samsung F490 is a good handset overall apart from the issue of the keyboard i thoroughly enjoyed playing with this handset
