Bad Points
In my experience it has been buggy, crashes (application errors in accessing memory), slower than older versions, pay $9.95 for tech advice, on site forum has been unhelpful and search engine for knowledge base. When you reformat or upgrade your harddrive then reinstall paperport you lose an "install count" on your install limit. The uninstall paperport feature prior to reformating your harddrive, replacing harddrive, or installing/reinstalling a new operating system as recommended by paperport to preserve your install count does not work, you will lose a "install" count.

General Comments
Look for an alternative to paperport 11. Do not save your files to .max format, save as .pdf or .tif. When paperport dies how are you going to view your .max files?
