Good Points

good heating capability. good suction.


Bad Points

Unit stops spraying water for no reason. taken unit back now a second time for the same problem. will not spray. jets are not plugged, there is just no water coming through the clear hoses under the tank.


General Comments

Overall the Bissell 9400E Proheat Select 2X was a disappointment. Cleaning solution for this vacuum cleaner is also about $25 a bottle. Too costly to operate and too much of a hassle when it does not spray.
