General Comments

I have literally just got back from my haircut at Willie Smarts (3pm Friday 11th April 2008) and am a sobbing mess. I hate it wholeheartedly. I have a chubby face and asked that the layers would cover the sides of my face-they look like a too-long-fringe on each side of my face. I look worse than when I went and if you had seen my hair before you had better think twice about going there. It felt like a factory conveyor belt-get 'em in and out in the shortest and shoddiest time possible. I am really having to restrain myself from being abusive right now, but having the paddle brush knocked on your head repeatedly when having your hair dried would do that to you.
Before you ask, I did complain, and was told that as the manager was busy (a few feet away) there was nothing that could be done. I'm so furious it's unbelieveable.
