I've personally never had any trouble with City Link, and have used them on more than a few occassions. Living in the Southampton City area, been at two addresses and not had a single problem.
I found this site because I was looking for estimated delivery times, as I was expecting two packages from them today. (roughly 10am right now) But I was still on the google search results when the door bell rang. Delivery man himself was a nice enough bloke, had the decency to inform me who the package was for before I came downstairs and opened the door.
For anyone reading these comments, and thinking about using City Link, I would say not to get too put off. It's human nature to start a riot when things go wrong and keep all quiet when things go right, so it's no wonder there aren't more people praising a delivery well done... I mean, who does that!?
