Someone will pick up the phone if you want to speak to them. It usually takes less than 5 minutes.

General Comments

Tesco Mobile.....There is a problem with my credit card payments on line.

If I use the back browser, your payment is taken twice, even though you have been receipted for your first payment and presumed that, once receipted, it is the end of the process.

The people I spoke to, in the main, tried to help.

With Tesco, I found that the higher you go - the ruder they were - which is unusual as normally it is the employees who do not have any power to do things who get cross.

But, they do not have any access to righting a wrong on line as it was explained, as they are dependent on the company that deals with the website.

My name was 'added to the list' for reimbursement, so there must have been more than one of us.

They could not tell me when this might take place. I can not advise to top up online just in case they haven't sorted this problem out..
