Far too expensive, bills hard to follow.
General Comments
My EDF gas bill has gone far far higher than it was with British Gas - it started low but they kept upping my direct debit and then told me that if I owed over circa £200 by a said date that they would take the whole lump sum by direct debit automatically - no real point in moving to them
You get nectar points - but they are now sending letters asking you to re-register if you want it to continue!
