Beautiful garden setting, stunningly good and friendly service, close to beaches and town, good food.
Bad Points
I honestly can't think of any.
General Comments
My wife and I went to Hibiscus House, Brufut in March (08). From the moment we walked through the gate in the wall which surrounds this garden hotel, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Guests are outnumbered by staff by nearly 3 to 1, and they all remember your name. It is an oasis of relaxed calm and top service in a beautiful garden setting centred on the swimming pool. Our room (deluxe) was simply but prettily decorated and the bathroom clean and new with fresh soap and clean towels. As a base from which to explore this part of the Gambia, and if like us you don't like big hotels, this is the best
