LighterLife is a good diet that leaves you on a high week after week, it is impossible not to lose weight as long as you follow the diet. I am on the 13th week and lost nearly 3 stones and feel great. Well worth the money. I also met new friends. Anyone who reads this and is wanting to go on a diet, my advice to you is to go along to the slimming class and watch the DVD, you will not regret joining.
