Sitting on hold for over an hour on a premium rate line


General Comments

I might be jumping the gun a bit here but it may spare someone a bit of grief if you read this.

We order a replacement bumper through 24 7 spares at a good price but when it turned up at the garage to be fitted it was the wrong colour. jap auto parts, who supplied the bumper, have said that 'it is their policy to send out any part whether it matches the colour on the order or not' and want £25 to return it.

Why you would send out any old part that doesn't is beyond me but to be honest i could barely understand what the guy on the other end of the phone was saying half the time..

So i have just sat on hold for an hour to 24-7 listening to that ridiculous looping advert, and paying to do so, after which time i gave up and sent them an email through their site but after reading some of the other reviews on here i'm not holding out much hope of a response. if they sort this out i'll happily come back here and give them a glowing review and publicly apologise.
