Comfortable grip-fairly well made-looks neat. Rubber tubing is fairly decent. Sight and stabilizer appeals to the gadget oriented and kids. Comfortable for extended shooting sessions.
Pouch is bad-way too big and the way the wrist brace attaches in markedly inferior to say the Barnett Cobra or the Saunders Falcon 2. The sight moves too easily.
I own a Pro Diablo and bought the newer model to compare them. It cost about 28 dollars here in the states in April 2008. The grip is very comfortable and the quality of the yoke is good. There are two major complaints though. The first is the pouch: its way too large. This slows down the speed of the projectile and it leads to some wild fliers every once in a while. It is much harder to be accurate with large pouches and given this is sold as a target slinghot-it is unacceptable. My suggestion-put a set of Saunders medium powered bands on it or a TRUMARK standard pull replacement sling and it will be MUCH BETTER.
One of the problems with the original Pro Diablo was that the two rods of the wrist brace would move around despite the set screws. The new set up has dimples in the rods that are supposed to hold the rods in place. This didn't work all that well-the main bolt is hard to completely tightend down because the nut on the bottom of the riser (the part of the handle that holds the yoke and the wrist brace) turns as you tighten it and its almost impossible to get a wrench in there. The rods still moved so I finally gave up and epoxied them in place-I own 40 or so different slingshots and this isn't one I plan on carrying in my hunting jacket.
The way Saunders or even the Barnett Cobra attaches their wrist brace (a one piece U shaped heavy wire that wraps around the top or the bottom of the sling handle) is far superior.
Thus I only give this most expensive slingshot a rating of 6. Barnett tried to improve the flawed wrist brace but didn't quite succeed. I would suggest they use the cobra set up and copy the trumark sized pouch and they would have a real winner. The sight is ok-assuming you hold the slingshot in a horizontal angle but the sight moves easily and there is nothing to really lock it into place.
