Good Points

Easy to follow after 1st go at it, works all areas you need it to, Charlie seems very honest and genuine, divided into sections so you can mix them up if you don't have time to do all of them, most steps are covered in the warm up so not learning new steps each time..

Bad Points

Only on 1st attempt I struggled to keep up with a couple of moves..

General Comments

Would totally reccommend to get all over results!
