There has been a huge improvement now for me personally. Speeds were abysmal in my opinion in February and I thought of leaving, but Supanet support assured me that they were working on the servers to reduce peak hour congestion. That seems to have happened and though there is still a drop-off at 8 p.m, the speeds I get are now generally good. I'm happy with the value and with the reliability therefore I well recommend supanet.com
